Trainees start with colorful team building

21 young men and women successfully completed their introductory week in August, taking away valuable insights into the company. At the end, there was a very special team task for the newbies.

The young talent got to know the company, the other trainees, and their trainers – during a variety of team building exercises. “We want the trainees to have a solid foundation for their training and be connected from the beginning,” explains Ulrike Müller, HR Development Team Leader. She organized the whole week with colleagues from different departments, including the crowning event: the graffiti task.

Trainees from different stages, trainers, and students met between the two administration buildings in Zeulenroda and continued what started two years ago. At that time, the word “Motion” was sprayed on wooden planks. Now, the complete Bauerfeind slogan “Motion is Life” can be admired on the wall in Hall 1.
