Impressions from both “The latest from the Executive Board” events in Zeulenroda

Lots of questions and answers in Zeulenroda

Participants were able to hear “The latest from the Executive Board” twice in Zeulenroda: in the morning for the early morning and daytime shift, and again in the late evening for the late and night shift. For this purpose, our site management team temporarily transformed the canteen into an event space. In total, well over 450 employees from production participated in the two sessions.

The colleagues from Zeulenroda already submitted many questions in advance – and these covered a wide range of topics: How can working conditions be improved with high temperatures in summer? Which machines are planned for the new production hall in the future? How does Bauerfeind actively engage to help the community?

The Executive Board was able to answer some questions directly, but due to time constraints it was not possible to address all the submitted questions. These will be dealt with subsequently in collaboration with the Employee Representative Committee. Employees will then receive the answers compiled into a Q&A document.
