What's next for our apprentice graduates 2026
An important milestone has been achieved: our apprentices have successfully completed their training and are now embarking on a new chapter of their professional careers. Find out more here about what lies ahead for the graduates and the paths they are taking.

Celine Nöller and Adrian Kolbe – pictured here with their instructor Jörg Gleißner (centre) – have successfully passed their final examinations in the field of warehouse logistics. Adrian Kolbe is now a specialist in warehouse logistics. Celine is a warehouse specialist and will extend her training by another year to become a specialist in warehouse logistics.

There is also news from the apprentices training to be textile and fashion sewers. Dilbara Alimova, Samantha Schenkel and Barno Tursunova (from left to right) have successfully completed their training. Dilbara is staying with Bauerfeind and is moving to the GLK3 team (Gera Lymphology Manufacturing 3). The same applies to Barno, who will be taken over by the GZS1 team (Cutting).

Katharina Meißner, Wiem Houimdi and Mileen Pfeffer (from left to right) have also successfully passed their final examinations to become textile and fashion sewers. We are pleased that all three are staying with the company. Katharina Meißner is moving to the BK4 team (Brace Manufacturing 4). Wiem Houimdi is starting her professional career in the SW2 team (Hosiery Value Stream 2), and Mileen Pfeffer is starting her work in the SK1 team (Hosiery Manufacturing 1) in the custom-made section.
