14 trainees successfully complete their training and are taken on as employees

After the exams, 14 trainees have a lot to celebrate, with the successful completion of their training this year. All the young people received their certificates in August, and are ready for a seamless start to their professional future at Bauerfeind.

Anne Krausse, Jonas Pinkawa, Lucie Rusmich, Badre Boulahdit, Laura Scherpitzki, Paul Selter, Lisa Lunow and Jomara Hagmann (from left to right) are eight of 14 trainees who have successfully completed their industrial and commercial training at Bauerfeind. “The fact that we are able to take on all the trainees in a permanent position this year is something very special,” emphasizes Jennifer Göppner, who is responsible for the trainees at Bauerfeind AG, adding: “We are happy about their great achievements and would like to congratulate our young colleagues!” Instructor Franz Bley, who supervises the trainees in the area of technical systems, adds: “I am proud that our young talent has developed so well, both professionally and personally. Despite a few weeks of missed classes due to Corona, all the trainees put in great exam performances.”

18 young people started the 2021/2022 training year on August 30. The newcomers will get to know each other at the trainee day on September 3. The trainees will meet with their trainers and trainees from the other training years at the Zeulenrodaer Meer. Their first project together will be a water-land challenge with team tasks and a canoe race. Afterwards, they will finish off the evening with a barbecue.
