The positive trend is continuing: medical retailers’ interest in digital measurement technology – especially in the German market – significantly increased last year and continues to be extremely high. Our Bodytronic 600 and Bodytronic 610 body scanners have been in particular demand. In mid-April, we installed the 300th body scanner overall: this was a Bodytronic 610 full-body scanner for our customer “Orthopädie- und Rehabedarf” in Alzey, Germany. The previous model, Bodytronic 600, remains just as popular. This system is used to exclusively measure the lower body to allow ordering of compression stockings and supports.
In 2020, a total of more than 100,000 measurements were carried out with both of these Bauerfeind systems!
