Restrictions on the company premises in Zeulenroda

"We are making all the necessary preparations."

In Zeulenroda, construction vehicles will arrive in the area of the Tower parking lot in the coming days, causing disruptions: Barriers will be in place, and excavation work will be carried out . Trees will be relocated, felled, and trimmed.
All of this work is preparatory for a potential expansion of the company premises. The so-called "Bauerfeind Campus" is planned to include new production halls and a functional building. However, construction has not yet begun. The reason: "Several permits and approvals are still pending," emphasizes Christian Hagemann, Head of Engineering, explaining: "Nevertheless, we are already making all the necessary preparations so that we can start construction as soon as we receive the green light for the expansion." Environmental protection legislation is also being observed, according to which all work on trees must be completed by the end of February each year.

Due to the preparatory measures, there will be ongoing restrictions for employees in Zeulenroda. The site management will provide daily updates via email at bauprojekte@bauerfeind.com and through notices posted in Zeulenroda. As soon as all permits are in place and further steps are clear, we will also keep you updated here on Nahtlos.
