In Livigno, it was the US Team that made most use of Bauerfeind’s orthopedic service. And for this, Bauerfeind received high praise from Robyn Hase. The Senior Director of Medical Operations of the US Skiing and Snowboarding Teams visited the treatment center several times with athletes who suffered minor wounds or competed with chronic problems from previous injuries.

Snowboarder Stacy Gaskill also needed support: More than 13 months after an ACL rupture, she is still battling knee instability. For the upcoming competitions and training sessions, she wanted additional stability for the affected joint. Alicja Pauck and Florian Hametner fitted her with a SecuTec Genu Flex and a SofTec Genu; she was also given a GenuTrain for everyday use.

Stacy Gaskill was given both the SecuTec Genu Flex and SofTec Genu.

“I’m totally won over by Bauerfeind’s products,” highlights Robyn Hase during treatment. “Thank you so much for working with Stacy and Olivia.”
