Central Europe Meeting in Copenhagen
Great inspiration and personal interaction

Three intensive days with great inspiration, personal interaction, and strategic vision: this year’s Central Europe Meeting at the end of May in Copenhagen brought together more than 30 representatives of all the region’s subsidiaries and distributors – managers, those responsible for sales and marketing as well as the Central Europe Team and other global colleagues.
A clear structure – diverse contents
Every day had its own motto:
• Networking – focus on personal exchange. In addition, there was an interesting guided tour with a keynote speech at the Danish interior manufacturer “Ferm Living” which provided new perspectives relating to market presence.
• Content – focus on central topics for 2025. Particularly impressive: an insight into the BIC and a product presentation focusing on our back portfolio which was then discussed in-depth by participants in workshops.
• Channels – the importance of different sales channels was explained with specific and practical aspects: retail, tender business, conferences, and e-commerce were at the center of the discussions.
A shared focus
Bauerfeind’s Central Europe region is already contributing to Bauerfeind’s overall sales with ten percent – and it has the potential for more. The goal is to promote targeted growth, to leverage network strengths, and to refine Sales & Marketing across all channels. The Central Europe Team in Zeulenroda is working on the right way forward with local colleagues.
Special awards
Outstanding achievements were honored during an awards ceremony. The following were award winners:
The award for “Best Selling in the Category GenuTrain” went to Bauerfeind Italy and the distributor Fysio-shop.dk (Denmark). The award for “First Complete B2C Web Shop in Central Europe” was won by the distributor Göran Sjödén (Sweden). The “TALK Award” – this was a challenge during the meeting – went to Milena Mozheeva (Marketing Manager Bauerfeind Spain). Mattis Hohmann from the Bauerfeind Academy was specially recognized for his committed training work in the region by the Central Europe Team.
The meeting was organized by the Central Europe Team together with Service & Support. Thank you to everyone involved!
