Key takeaways from Bauerfeind`s National Sales Meeting

From February 16 to 19, 2026, Sarasota became the meeting place for exchange, inspiration, and strategic outlook. The Annual National Sales Meeting of Bauerfeind USA brought together more than 30 participants from the subsidiary and various international business units with the goal of learning from each other and exploring opportunities to leverage the strong growth potential of Bauerfeind in the American market.

Sharpening the Sales Focus

A key part of the meeting was hands-on product training. Deepening product knowledge helps the sales team to explain the benefits of Bauerfeind solutions more clearly and confidently in customer conversations - an important factor in growing sales across the full product portfolio.

Various presentations were also centered around practical ways to expand revenue with two priorities being discussed in more detail:

  • Expanding B2B sales through the U.S. Veteran Affairs hospital system, one of the largest growth opportunities in the market.
  • Increasing sales with existing customers by promoting the full breadth of Bauerfeind’s portfolio and introducing a structured loyalty discount model.

Another session was focused on the importance of fostering the collaboration with healthcare professionals. Jodie Stellern, EDS Specialist and Physical Therapist, shared insights into Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and explained how Bauerfeind products can help improve symptoms for patients with this condition.

Learning, Networking—and a Bit of Florida

Beyond the workshops, the meeting also offered time to connect. Informal conversations, shared meals, and a boat tour around Sarasota created space for colleagues to exchange ideas and strengthen relationships across teams. A highlight of the event was the awards ceremony celebrating outstanding sales achievements from 2025.
